We offer free shipping worldwide for orders over €150/US$175 by DHL Express.
Orders under €150/US$175 Flat Rate of €6 for Ireland €10.50 outside of Ireland

Rest of World 10-14 working days (Please note: Austrailia, NZ and parts of Asia are experiencing shipping times of up to 6 weeks)

Upon dispatch you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package. Sometimes, delivery may be slower resulting from postal/courier delays for which we will not be responsible. If your parcel is delayed, we can assist you via email, message or over the phone.
Any dispatch delays, such as out of stock, we will notify you via email.
Returns
We are happy to provide an exchange or full refund on all Liwu pieces within 45 days of sale in the original packaging. Please contact info@liwujewellery to arrange the return of your item.
