Flat rate on orders under €100/$120.

Upon dispatch you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package. Sometimes, delivery may be slower resulting from postal/courier delays for which we will not be responsible. If your parcel is delayed, we can assist you via email, message or over the phone.
Any dispatch delays, such as out of stock, we will notify you via email.
We also offer Premium Express Courier Service by DHL for an additional fee:
USA - $22 us dollars. 2-4 working days (Major cities within 2 working days)
United Kingdom - €20 Up to 2-3 working days - Please note there may be further delays due to Brexit
EU €20 Up to 2-3 working days
Rest of Europe €20 Up to 2-4 working days

We are happy to provide an exchange or full refund on all Liwu pieces within 90 days of sale in the original packaging. Please include your order number and name, address and email. If your Liwu piece was a gift, we are happy to exchange for another piece that you would prefer.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund earrings.
